At Murray Forrest Friends, we offer customised sensory parties tailored to your child's interests. Choose from a variety of themes and share your child's favorite sensory activity with us when booking. Our sensory party packages include:

How to Prepare for Your Sensory Play Party:
1. Secure a Suitable Venue: Find a venue and reserve it for a minimum of 3 hours if needed.
2. Select Your Sensory Play Party Theme: Choose your theme and fill out the booking form located at the bottom of this page.
3. Plan Your Party Location: You have the flexibility to host the party at various locations, such as your home, backyard, garage, or a local park. Ensure there is a clean, shaded area for setup. Verify with the venue for any restrictions on sensory play resources. Please inquire about these details when booking the venue, and inform us as well. We will confirm the booking, address any queries, and touch base a few days before the party to discuss specific arrangements. Opt for a venue with ample shade for the best experience.
Your Sensory Play Party Experience:
On the day of your event, our team will arrive approximately one hour before the scheduled party start time to set up the sensory stations and capture photos of the arrangement. The sensory play party will then commence, allowing you and your guests to immerse yourselves in the activities. A team member will guide your guests through the materials and stations, ensuring everyone has a fantastic time. The activities are child-led, so relax and enjoy the fun-filled experience!
The sensory stations will be available for one hour, unless an extended time has been arranged. Following the sensory play session, we will dedicate up to one hour for cleanup before leaving you to continue enjoying your party.
**Important Note:** Timeliness is crucial to ensure the smooth running of your party. A late start may incur a charge of $50 for every 30 minutes of delay. While we are accommodating and understanding of unexpected circumstances, please communicate any concerns regarding timing adjustments during the booking process.

It’s not uncommon for parties to book out months in advance so we do recommend that you register your interest as soon as possible and make a booking deposit to avoid disappointment. Discover What's Included in Our Party Package:
Our Standard party package is specially crafted for up to 20 children and features 4 play stations along with our enchanting mud kitchen. The play session is set for a duration of 1 hour. You have the option to choose one theme from our range of standard themes, including:
- Ocean
- Dinosaurs
- Construction
- Fairies and Gnomes
- Nature Wonderland
- Magical Potions
The package is priced at $400, which covers the standard inclusions.
(For custom themes and additional play time, there is an extra charge of $50 per theme and $50 per 30 minutes of extended play time.)
Safety at the Sensory Play Party:
For the safety and well-being of all children attending the party, each child must be accompanied and actively supervised by an adult throughout the event to ensure a safe environment for everyone. Young children often explore by putting objects in their mouths, which can pose choking and allergy risks. It is essential for parents and caregivers to closely monitor this behavior.
To ensure a safe experience for all participants, please inform us in advance of any attendees with allergies, so we can tailor the sensory stations to exclude specific allergens. Additionally, please advise parents of all children about the potential for materials to stain clothing. We recommend that children wear play clothes and bring a change of clothing for after the play session.
Here at Murray Forrest Friends we love organising birthday parties . We can make your child’s party unique, fun and stress-free with one of our party packages. We believe that our Plaster Art parties are ideal for children aged 5+ years old. We will help you host a party that your guests will thoroughly enjoy and one they will definitely remember for years. The children will explore plaster art which is a popular unique painting, created on canvas using plaster, using tools to create a textured art. Plaster Art is a lot of fun, creating memories that last. We aim to make your party planning and preparation as easy as possible for you, providing the entertainment side of things so you don't have to worry. On the day, you can be sure to sit back and enjoy the fun with your child(ren) and guests. You choose the venue and we will do the rest!
What do I need to do?
1. All you need to do is find a suitable venue and book it (if required) for a minimum of 2 hours..
2. Invite your guests and get excited! We are very flexible with the location of your party - this can be done at home in your backyard, garage or even at your local park. . We will be in touch with confirmation and any questions, as well as touch base with you a couple of days before the party to discuss specific arrangements. Please choose a venue with adequate shade.
What will my event look like?
On the day, we will arrive approximately 1 hour prior to your agreed party start time to prepare the plaster art zone, we will start the event promptly at the agreed time, so please stress to guests the importance of arriving on time, we suggest asking guests to arrive 15 minutes prior to the event start time. During the hour one of our educators will walk around guiding the children on technique and support them, we do express however that each item is unique and the children's own creative piece. Once the hour is up, we will pack up and clean the area.
PLEASE NOTE: When we arrange the timings for your party we must ensure we adhere to these timings and your party starts promptly at the agreed time. There will be a charge of $50 per every 30 minutes the party starts late. We are very flexible and understand if things go wrong, but please discuss this upon booking.

Pricing
This Party package is $300 for up to 10 guests, additional guests can be added at a cost of $25 per head. MAXIMUM guests is 15.
